Privacy Protocol

Effective Date: May 13, 2026

This Privacy Protocol outlines how LAB18 (referred to as "the Lab", "we", "us", or "our") handles data within our high-precision bot ecosystems. Transparency is original to our operational excellence.

/1. Data Acquisition

We collect data necessary for the initiation and maintenance of autonomous agent operations. This includes contact parameters (Telegram/WhatsApp handles), technical diagnostics, and operational inputs provided during project scoping.

/2. Processing Logic

Aggregated data is utilized to calibrate bot personas, optimize response latency, and ensure cross-platform connectivity. We do not sell data; we synthesize it into operational value.

/3. Cryptographic Security

All data streams are protected by enterprise-grade encryption. Access to sensitive diagnostic data is restricted to lead architects and the autonomous security layer.

/4. User Sovereignty

You retain control over your digital footprint. Requests for data liquidation or protocol transparency can be initiated through our contact terminal.
